- Director, Distribution and Wholesaler National Account Executive
- Manages and oversees the development and execution of strategies for specific platforms or market segments to maximize business opportunities and drive growth.
Analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify target audiences and tailor offerings accordingly. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies. Monitors performance metrics and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize platform or segment performance. Ensures alignment with overall organizational goals while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing and executing regional strategies for distribution and wholesaler partners to maximize product availability, service performance, and profitable growth.
This role focuses on end to end distribution account management, including order management, logistics coordination, and financial stewardship (e.g., chargebacks, deductions, inventory related issues), working cross functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and support brand and business objectives. This position can be based in Whippany, Indianola, or Residence based. The primary responsibilities of this role, Director, Distribution and Wholesaler National Account Executive, are: + Develop and execute regional distribution and wholesaler plans aligned to Brand Plans and commercial strategy. + Set and monitor performance targets for distribution partners (service levels, fill rates, inventory health, financial metrics). + Manage day to day coordination with wholesaler partners, serving as primary contact for operational topics (orders, service issues, backorders, shipment delays, escalations). + Oversee order management processes to help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer and business requirements. + Partner with logistics, supply chain, customer operations, finance, and market access to address constraints and improve execution. + Review financial and operational reports (chargebacks, deductions, inventory positions, claims, collections) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. + Support P&L responsibilities related to distribution channels, including revenue, discounts, and distribution related costs. + Lead or support cross functional initiatives that enhance partner experience, operational efficiency, and service performance. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesaler and distribution stakeholders, including regional/national partners, IDNs/IHNs, and strategic alliances.

Required Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree + Experience in distribution, wholesaler support, logistics, customer operations, supply chain, or related commercial roles (healthcare/med device/pharma preferred).
+ Proven experience with strategic planning, order management, logistics/distribution processes, and channel related financial analysis (P&L, budgeting, chargebacks, deductions). + Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, cross functional environment. + Demonstrated customer focus and relationship management with key distribution partners. + Strong communication and influencing skills; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. + High integrity and adherence to company values and ethical standards. + Proficiency with SAP, CRM, order management platforms, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint •.•
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; Master's preferred. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $180,240.00 - $270,360.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
