Description As a Regional Sales Manager at the Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will implement our strategy that inspires sales excellence and delivers sales growth. You will lead a team of PPC Store employees and Account Development Managers. The Regional Manager will report to the Divisional Manager and work remotely in the St. Louis, MO area and this will be a remote role with travel. Key Responsibilities Identify important partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs - emphasis is to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements. Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales goals are met. Analyze main performance metrics to ensure the region achieves goals. Collaborate with your team functions to provide field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements. Lead a team of outside sales members and store managers by implementing sales strategies and processes to engage current and new customers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated experience selling success; 8+ years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting. Travel within the entire state and surrounding states is required. PPC Participates in a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program. With FAVR, you drive your own car and receive tax-free reimbursements that cover both fixed costs (like insurance) and variable costs (like gas), giving you more choice and equity in your vehicle.
