This is not a desk-only management position. The ideal candidate will actively engage with the sales team in the field, conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching and training, establish clear performance expectations, and help salespeople achieve measurable results. The successful candidate will be a leader who is comfortable holding team members accountable while providing the tools, training, and support necessary for success. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals. Conduct regular field visits and accompany sales representatives on customer calls. Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and sales training. Establish, monitor, and manage individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develop sales plans and strategies to increase revenue and market share. Create accountability systems that drive consistent activity and performance. Review sales pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts with team members. Assist salespeople in improving prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to address them. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer focus. Collaborate with leadership to establish sales objectives and growth initiatives. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales personnel as needed. Qualifications Proven success in sales leadership and team development. Demonstrated ability to coach salespeople to higher levels of performance. Strong organizational and planning skills. Experience developing and managing KPI-driven sales environments. Comfortable conducting field training and customer-facing sales activities. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate individuals while maintaining accountability. Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent sales leadership experience.
