Overview We are looking for a dynamic and strategic District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading teams, and ensuring each location meets its business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about management, business development, and process improvement, with a proven track record of leading successful teams. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives across assigned districts. Lead, motivate, and supervise multiple locations to ensure high performance and consistency. Oversee profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities within the district. Manage project timelines and resources efficiently to support new initiatives or operational improvements. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Foster a positive work environment by promoting leadership development and team engagement. Experience Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in strategic planning and executing business growth strategies. Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial performance metrics. Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth initiatives. Knowledge of project management principles and process improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Prior experience in the food service industry is a must.
