Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Development to lead our organization's outreach, engagement, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of nonprofit management, marketing strategies, and development practices. As the Director, you will oversee all aspects of marketing. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with stakeholders, managing campaigns, and ensuring the organization's visibility within the community. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness across digital platforms, social media channels, and traditional media outlets. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, data collection outcomes, and fundraising progress to inform organizational decision-making. Supervise the development of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and website updates. Skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships within diverse communities. Spanish speaking is an important component of this position.
