Compensation Package:
A starting base salary of $55,000
- 60,000 An uncapped additional monthly commission for meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives …and don't forget the employee discount!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's stores by making regular visits and interacting with management Be in charge of operational practices making sure that each store runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed store managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition Assist with inventory maintenance Participate in outside sales events or promotions Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goal Operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax Work in other locations as the needs of the business Work evenings, weekends, and holidays Stand for long periods of time
Requirements:
2+ years in retail leadership, preferably in the Wireless retail environment
- Open to retail experience outside of telecom Preference for Spanish speakers Multi-unit management Experience-Required.
