Position Summary The District Manager oversees multiple InFocus Eyecare practice locations across the designated region, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and a cohesive, patient-centered culture. This leader will drive results through effective team development, strategic planning, and consistent execution of company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop practice managers across multiple locations to ensure alignment with company goals and performance standards. Monitor and enhance financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, expense management, and KPI achievement. Foster a strong patient experience culture built on clinical quality and service excellence. Partner with clinical and support teams to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Implement operational efficiencies, growth initiatives, and training programs to maintain high-performing teams. Conduct regular site visits (50-75% travel) to support locations, assess performance, and ensure best practices are in place. Identify opportunities for improvement and act as a liaison between corporate leadership and local operations.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in a retail, healthcare, or service-related industry. Proven ability to manage teams across multiple sites. Strong leadership, operational, and financial acumen. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently within the region (50-75%).
Preferred:
Background in optical or eye care industry operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience with healthcare compliance and patient experience initiatives.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must reside in Greensboro, NC (preferred) , Boston, MA , or New York, NY , with easy access to regional travel routes.
Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
