This position is ideal for a motivated hospitality sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, outside sales, and developing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly visible in the local community and passionate about generating new business opportunities while maximizing revenue for both hotels. Position Summary The Dual Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, driving group sales, and increasing meeting/function room revenue for both hotel properties. This role requires a strong focus on proactive outbound sales efforts, with approximately 80% of time dedicated to active outside sales activities or above industry standards. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing . Key Responsibilities Prospect, solicit, and secure new business opportunities for both hotel properties Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, sports teams, medical groups, universities, contractors, and community partners Generate group room nights, negotiated corporate accounts, and function room rentals Conduct hotel site tours and client presentations Perform outside sales calls and face-to-face client visits on a consistent basis Attend chamber of commerce events, networking functions, trade shows, and evening community events Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business Participate in revenue strategy discussions and sales planning Maintain accurate account, lead, and activity records within sales systems Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure successful execution of client expectations Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets Represent both brands professionally within the Raleigh market Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience preferred Strong knowledge of Hilton and IHG brand standards and systems Experience with: Delphi HotelKey PEP (Property Engagement Platform) Hilton systems IHG systems HotelPlanner Cvent MeetingBroker ConstructConnect Proven ability to generate new business through proactive sales efforts Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings for networking/community events Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
