Job Description
Join a fast-growing home building company specializing in semi-custom homes as a Regional Sales Manager serving North and South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, motivating teams, closing deals quickly, and making a major impact across multiple high-performing locations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Sales Manager position include: Manage and lead 6-8 sales representatives across multiple office locations. Oversee sales pipelines, coach sales teams, and help representatives close deals successfully. Travel regularly to offices throughout the region to support sales activity and team performance. Work Saturdays to manage the busiest sales day and engage with potential clients. Train and mentor salespeople while providing hands-on leadership throughout the sales process. Pre-sell semi-custom homes while maintaining a decisive, relationship-focused sales approach. Bring strong sales management experience, preferably as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role. Demonstrate an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, money-motivated mindset, and ability to keep teams motivated and on track.
Salary :
$85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits :
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including an insurance allowance to cover 80%-100% of the premium, a 401(k) with a 3% match requiring a 6% employee contribution, vacation time, relocation assistance considered for the right candidate, a bonus structure, override per deal, and a strong incentive plan with total earning potential up to $200,000 for top performers.
