Business Development Manager Structural dental insurance, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, North Carolina, Southport Apr 21, 2026 STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors.

offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets.
STRUCTURAL
is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group. We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new ventures in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. STRUCTURAL's projects within the commercial market include but are not limited to: structural strengthening, structural concrete repair, historic restoration, waterproofing, and corrosion control.
What You'll Own:
Market Expansion:
Hunt for new opportunities and close deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL's regional footprint.
Full-Cycle Business Development:
Lead every phase of the sales process-from pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Strategic Collaboration:
Shape and execute the vision for sales in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.
Smart Solutions:
Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions.
Market Engagement:
Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it matters-client sites, boardrooms, and industry events
What You Bring:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services. Deep roots in the Raleigh, NC or North Carolina market - you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals. Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales. Willingness to travel ~70-80 % across the Raleigh, NC region.
