This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through field leadership, storm restoration expertise, recruiting top talent, and creating a culture of accountability and performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in roofing sales, insurance restoration, and door-to-door canvassing. This individual leads from the front, spends time in the field with their team, and understands how to generate opportunities through direct homeowner engagement. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard roofing sales representatives and canvassers. Train team members on door-to-door prospecting, storm damage identification, homeowner communication, and the insurance restoration process. Conduct regular ride-alongs and field coaching sessions to improve prospecting, inspections, and closing performance. Hold team members accountable to daily activity standards, appointments, inspections, and sales goals. Create and maintain a positive, competitive, and growth-focused sales culture. Sales & Revenue Growth Lead your market to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals. Develop and execute sales strategies focused on storm restoration and insurance-based roofing opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators including doors knocked, appointments set, inspections completed, claims filed, contracts signed, and revenue generated. Assist representatives with complex inspections, insurance-related conversations, and closing opportunities when needed. Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management through the company's CRM system. Field Operations Oversee daily canvassing activities and territory management. Identify target neighborhoods based on storm activity, roof age, and market opportunities. Ensure proper documentation of inspections, damage findings, and customer interactions. Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from inspection through project completion. Recruiting & Talent Development Continuously recruit top-performing sales talent through networking, referrals, job boards, and community outreach. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to build a strong sales organization. Develop future leaders within the organization through ongoing coaching and mentorship. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience. Proven success managing door-to-door sales teams. Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and communication skills. Experience managing performance metrics and driving team accountability. Ability to work in the field alongside sales representatives. Preferred Roofing sales experience. Storm restoration and insurance claims experience. Experience managing canvassing or direct sales organizations. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
