PAY RANGE
$65,000 - $75,000 base annual salary + commissions

large scale multi-attraction entertainment venue Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Director to drive group and corporate event bookings through consultative selling, outbound prospecting and relationship building. This role is focused on generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and increasing revenue through event sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working outside the office to develop new opportunities while also converting inbound leads to booked events. This role will work on-site at the business location and will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through outside sales efforts, including in-person visits, networking, and community outreach Sell and book corporate events, group outings, private parties, and special events Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups Respond to, and convert, inbound leads into confirmed bookings Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals Conduct tours and present event packages to prospective clients Follow up consistently to close sales and maximize revenue opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution Track sales activity, leads, and bookings Represent the organization professionally in the community
Requirements:
5+ years of related sales, business development or event sales experience preferred High energy, positive attitude and professional Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with outside sales and face to face prospecting Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Organized and detail-oriented Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and CRM Applications Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends Featured benefits: Medical insurance
