PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The key purpose of this position is to manage and direct the sales plans and objectives for the small format business channel of the company. Additionally, this position is responsible for the implementation and consistent application of all PBV policies and procedures including safety and
EEOC. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Manage Small Format team of employees and managers. Conduct weekly team meetings to achieve sales goals. Conduct market visits to ensure consistency in delivery, merchandising standards, CDA elements, and SKU execution. Negotiate small format CDA's with Independent C&G accounts to maximize space. Conduct business reviews with key account District Managers to ensure sales plans are met and exceeded. Solicit new business for On-Premise Accounts. Conduct business reviews with Regional Sales Director and East VP of Sales. Analyze, develop, and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to maximize sales, revenue, and margin. Work closely with other departments to achieve common business goals and objectives. Ensure Annual OSHA Safety Training is conducted and complete for Small Format. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School or GED required, plus five (5) to seven (7) years of sales/management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred. Ten (10) years of direct store delivery experience in the beverage industry. Strong skills in Microsoft Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical and understanding of sales analysis tools (UXT/SAP/VIP). Management and leadership experience supervising multiple pay grade levels. Consumer product sales experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Effectively communicate with both external and internal customers. Ability to build strong cross functional relationships. Possess solid understanding of the beverage business and a willingness to accept, implement, and lead change. Exceptional ability to develop and execute a plan of action, prioritize changing agendas, delegate, and follow up on assignments. Must be able to effectively manage up within the organization. Experience with developing, maintaining, and influencing relationships with Store Managers/District Mangers. Possess a valid driver's license. Meets PBV driving guidelines. Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Mental Functions Diversified and complex job requiring continuous and sustained mental effort and alertness or very close work requiring constant visual attention. Physical Functions Frequently (34%-66%) required to sit, walk, and stand. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
Supervises one or more employees, approximately 5 Direct reports, and 36 indirect reports.
