Sales Manager to help drive our dealership to the next level. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with a proven track record in automotive sales, finance, and leadership. If you have the passion, experience, and ability to develop people while maximizing performance, we want to hear from you. Qualifications | Required Experience Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience Minimum of 3 years of automotive finance experience with proven success Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales management experience with proven success Strong lead management and follow-up skills Excellent phone communication skills Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals Strong CRM and dealership technology experience Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding goals Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team Manage and improve lead handling processes Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth Train and coach sales consultants on best practices Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process Work closely with finance and management teams to maximize dealership performance Maintain CRM accountability and follow-up standards Why Join Schrier Automotive?
