Position OverviewWe are seeking a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to lead from the front. This is a true player/coach role responsible for driving personal revenue while leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers across the region.

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for both their own production and the performance of their team - building pipelines, winning new business and establishing a high-performance sales culture.

A requirement to be successful in this role is a strong background within restoration or adjacent industries such as facilities management, insurance, construction, etc.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on coaching to a team of Business Development ManagersDrive accountability through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews and regular 1 on 1sSet clear activity expectations and performance standardsProspect and close new commercial accountsManage pipeline health, forecasting and CRM discipline across the regionHelp shape territory strategy, market priorities and growth plansQualificationsProven background in field sales and commercial account managementPrior sales team management and development experienceExperience within restoration, facilities management, construction, insurance or related industriesProven ability to generate new business through outbound prospectingStrong leadership presence with hands-on, lead-by-example mindsetWhat's in it for you?
