Role Objectives:
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors.
Client Acquisition:
Prospect potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, manage initial onboarding and continue consultation to provide over the top service.
Account Management:
Upsell and cross sell to continue adding products and categories throughout the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth:
Drive new business development efforts through strategic client acquisition and retention. Identify opportunities for new business growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food packaging/janitorial/sanitation industry. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
