Job Description

Our Prestige "Family of Dealerships" offers two growing franchises and has been family owned and operated for over 47 years! Ideal candidates must possess strong leadership skills and a management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability. Previous General Sales Manager experience (preferred) New or Used Car Management experience is a must.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for profitability of the sales organization (Finance, Pre-owned, New, and Commercial) Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all sales and sales support areas including Sales BDC Maintain superior customer service (CSI) throughout the dealership culture Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production by utilizing CRM and other reporting tools Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan to internal and external customers Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Provide training and support to the all staff that includes, manufacturer, vendor and consultants Assist sales managers in deals and closing more customers
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 5 years of automotive management experience Excellent communication and customer service skills specifically phone and face-to-face An understanding of inventory control using established systems Strong Computer & Phone Skills ([systems]) Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced high volume environment Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Ability to be customer oriented while striking a balance between customer service and profitability
