LA FITNESS
- Fitness Sales Director and Management Trainee Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or personal training studio? The Fitness Sales Director is a fast-tracking position to become one of our Assistant General Managers / General Managers within 60-90 days based off your performance. Sales Directors are responsible for driving in revenue through new member enrollment's.
- This is a very Sales driven position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Calling, Texting and emailing people daily
- Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business
- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show
- Touring guests around our health clubs
- Assessing each guests individual need for our location
- Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities
- When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
