General Manager:
Operator #1 with path to CEO Snapbrick is AI enrichment and automation built natively inside Salesforce. Get instant context on every record, powered by Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini. Live in 30 minutes or less. Snapbrick was built by the founders of Skydog Ops, G2's highest-rated Salesforce firm with expertise in HubSpot, Clay, Claude and more. We're looking to hire one person to take the wheel and run Snapbrick full-time. You'd be the sole full-time employee, owning everything from sales to operations to product direction. If you find success, there's a clear and quick path to jump into the role of CEO and build out the team. What you'd own Revenue first. The product is built and live, so your first priority will be finding early customers.
Building demand:
Salesforce user conferences, online content, and outbound sales. Running discovery with prospects, building custom demos, and closing deals. Onboarding, expanding and retaining customers. Then everything else. Day-to-day operations Product roadmap and releases Vendor relationships Hiring, as the team grows ? Up to 70 travel days a year for conferences and customer visits.
Location:
Preference to NYC, but you can live anywhere in the US. Experience we're looking for: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem , whether at a company, a consultancy, or an ISV. You know how this world buys and builds. AI-forward. You're Claude-pilled and already building with these tools daily, with a real point of view on where AI in CRM goes next. Entrepreneur at heart. You have vision, taste, and can operate at a high level with limited direction. Sell and build. You can close the deal and ship the product the customer actually needs. Compensation is heavily weighted to equity as employee #1 with compensation that will grow as you scale the company.
