Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Design Firms, and other key industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue new project opportunities through networking, industry databases, referrals, and direct outreach. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, bidding, contract negotiation, project award, and post-sale support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, product specifications, samples, and timely project execution. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and upcoming construction projects to identify growth opportunities. Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and professional associations. Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within cabinetry, closets, vanities, millwork, building materials, construction products, or related industries. Established network of General Contractors, Developers, Architects, and Design Firms is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in business development, project sales, and relationship management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
