In this role, you will connect teams, align stakeholders, and execute initiatives that support long-term community and business growth. You will translate strategy into coordinated plans, clear communications, and timely delivery. Your work will help us expand impact while maintaining strong risk and control standards. As a project manager in Community and Business Development Strategy, Growth and Operations, you will coordinate and execute community development initiatives that help our communities thrive and expand opportunity across the firm. You will work with us to bring structure, pace, and clarity to complex workstreams, partnering across teams to plan, deliver, and sustain outcomes. You will help us stay aligned on priorities, communicate progress and risks, and ensure we execute with strong governance. You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels and support interactions with senior leadership, clients, and community stakeholders. Job responsibilities Execute large, complex, highly visible initiatives with significant financial and reputational risk considerations Develop goals and execution plans to support new and existing Community and Business Development markets Lead cross-functional workstreams by aligning stakeholders, roles, timelines, and deliverables Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across lines of business and functions Prepare and deliver executive-level materials and updates through multiple communication channels Analyze obstacles and data to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions Simplify complex topics into scalable approaches, clear decisions, and practical next steps Coordinate governance routines, controls, and documentation to support disciplined execution Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate risks and issues as needed Support solution implementation by coordinating testing, readiness, and change communications Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience (or closely related experience) Experience leading cross-functional workstreams from planning through delivery Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations and meeting materials Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation in group settings and one-on-one Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous issues into actionable plans Experience applying risk and control practices within project or program execution Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Proficiency with common business productivity tools (presentation, spreadsheet, and document tools) Ability to travel occasionally Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience supporting community development, financial health, or community-focused programs Experience working within consumer banking or a large, matrixed financial services organization Experience partnering with senior leaders and preparing materials for executive audiences Experience coordinating with external stakeholders such as community organizations, clients, or partners Experience with change management, communications planning, or adoption measurement Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable execution Experience establishing operating rhythms (governance, reporting, and stakeholder cadences) for complex initiatives
