Summary We are seeking a Business Development Center Director to lead our sales and customer engagement initiatives at our Little Falls location. This pivotal role involves driving growth, fostering client relationships, and aligning strategies with our company's mission to deliver outstanding automotive experiences. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the business development team to achieve sales targets and expand the dealership's customer base. Develop strategic plans to enhance customer engagement and retention. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns. Manage key client relationships and negotiate deals to maximize profitability. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce tools to track progress and optimize sales processes. Coordinate with service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare reports for senior management on performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the automotive or related industries. Strong proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce, and project management tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with company goals. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative environment.
