We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team and help drive profitability while delivering outstanding finance solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell finance, insurance, and extended service products to customers. Secure approvals through banks, credit unions, and subprime lenders. Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions and ensure compliance. Maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure the best terms for both the dealership and the customer. Maximize dealership gross profit through effective menu presentation and product penetration. Maintain lender programs and stay up to date with all rate changes and guidelines. Train and guide the sales team on finance procedures and compliance. Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines. Track and report PVR (per vehicle retailed), product penetration, and lender performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership. Spanish Speaking CAPS Bank Experience is a plus Dealercenter experience is a plus Proven track record of strong PVR and product sales. Deep knowledge of automotive finance and lease programs. Experience working with a variety of lenders, including subprime. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient with DMS and CRM tools (Dealertrack, DealerCenter, , etc.).
