• Randolph Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or personal training studio? We need sales reps to provide service to all the people in the community coming in to get signed up! The Fitness Sales Director is a fast-tracking position to become one of our Assistant General Managers / General Managers. You can advance to an AGM within 60-90 days of maintaining the position.
• This is a very Sales driven position. We perform marketing efforts and our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club. Our managers get paid hourly + OT + commissions + bonus (if achieved)Responsibilities Include
• Calling, Texting and emailing people daily
• Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business
• Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show-Touring guests around our health clubs
• Assessing each guests individual need for our location-Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goalsWe allow any motivated employee to make any level of income they desire.
