Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Collision Regional Manager to lead our collision repair operations across multiple locations within the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and implementing process improvements to elevate overall performance. Duties Lead and manage multiple collision repair facilities within the region, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction Supervise and mentor regional managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets Drive business development initiatives by building relationships with insurance companies, fleet partners, and local businesses Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency, safety protocols, and quality standards Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to identify areas for growth and improvement in operations Requirements Proven management experience in collision repair or automotive service industry with supervisory responsibilities Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable plans for business growth Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and team-building skills Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial metrics effectively Background in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management Skilled in project management with a focus on process improvement initiatives Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us as a Collision Regional Manager and be at the forefront of transforming collision repair services!
