Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across diverse markets. Join us if you're passionate about leading with enthusiasm, leveraging your management skills, and making a tangible impact in the world of cannabis Duties Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through coaching, training, and performance management Develop comprehensive sales strategies focused on B2B (business-to-business) markets, including outside sales efforts to cultivate new client relationships and expand existing accounts Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that leverage our technological offerings Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and executing targeted marketing campaigns Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and generate reports for strategic decision-making Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and support sales objectives Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a strategic mindset for business development and account management Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting, and customer relationship tracking Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies Exceptional communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach that builds lasting relationships Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to driving sales growth in technology sectors Join us as we push boundaries in the cannabis industry!
