Job Description
Our client has an immediate opening for a Technical Inside Sales Project Manager to support and strengthen their North American Engineering and Sales organization . This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into commercial value. You will work closely with OEM partners, distributors, outside sales representatives, and internal engineering and sales teams, providing both pre- and post-sales technical support . Experience in the Electrical Power or Circuit Protection industry is highly desirable. About Our Client Our client is a global leader in fuse manufacturing , producing solutions ranging from electronic fuses to high-voltage AC and DC fuses for worldwide markets. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical and commercial resource for inside and field sales teams. Manage sales-related projects from initial inquiry through completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Provide technical and commercial proposals, product recommendations, and application support to engineers and customers. Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and manufacturer representatives to support sales growth. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product training, and customer briefings. Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions aligned with business needs. Support the development of annual sales strategies and action plans. Conduct product, customer, and market research to identify growth opportunities. Track projects, sales activity, and performance using project management and CRM tools. Manage and support assigned sales personnel to achieve volume and revenue goals. Provide ongoing support to the North American Field Sales team. Travel occasionally within North America as needed (light travel). Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Project Management . Must have solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts , power systems, and power electronics. Must have Project Management experience , including tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales . Experience working with Sage Software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking/management tools. Experience managing direct sales teams and manufacturer representatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into commercial value. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Electrical Power or Circuit Protection industry . Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required).
