With 20+ years of industry expertise and a rapidly growing footprint, we partner with communities to make their environments cleaner, healthier, and more enjoyable for people and pets alike. We are now hiring a Commercial Sales Manager to launch and grow our commercial division in Albuquerque, NM.   • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Prospect and close new commercial accounts — HOAs, apartment complexes, property managers, parks, municipalities, and more
  • Cold call, network, and attend local events to generate fresh leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and onsite walkthroughs through to closing and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using digital tools
  • Collaborate with our field team to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale
  • Report directly to ownership and our President of Operations — you will have real decision-making autonomy and direct support
  • Represent the DoodyCalls brand with confidence and professionalism in the Albuquerque market
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience — property management, home services, or commercial services preferred
  • Confident communicator — written, verbal, and in-person
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals — you do not wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable making cold calls and following up relentlessly until the deal is done
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving and criminal record
COMPENSATION AND EARNINGS POTENTIAL
Base salary: $30,000/year — guaranteed, paid bi-weekly 20% commission on all new commercial recurring revenue you close, paid monthly for 12 months from the date each contract is signed. The more new contracts you bring in, the higher your monthly commission check grows.
Example:
You close a $700/month HOA contract. You earn $140/month in commission every month for the next 12 months — that is $1,680 from one deal. Stack 10-12 contracts and your commissions match or exceed your base salary. $1,000 milestone bonus for every $50,000 in new annualized commercial business you close. Hit $150,000 in new annual contracts and earn an extra $3,000 on top of your commissions. $5,000 year-end performance bonus — awarded to the top-performing sales manager across all DoodyCalls markets who generates $100,000 or more in new commercial revenue in the second half of the year. One winner. One check. Sales managers at other DoodyCalls franchises have generated $200,000+ in new commercial revenue in their first year. We expect the same level of performance in Albuquerque and have built the compensation structure to reward it.
Realistic earnings by performance level:
  • Conservative year 1: $42,000+ (base + early commissions)
  • On-target performance: $55,000
  • 65,000 (base + commissions + milestone bonuses)
  • Strong performer — $100k+ new revenue in H2: $70,000
  • 85,000+ including year-end bonus

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This is not a sales job where you are handed a territory and a script. You are building the commercial division for one of Albuquerque's most promising pet services markets from the ground up. You will work directly with ownership, have real autonomy over your approach, and build long-term recurring relationships that pay you month after month in residual commissions. We want someone who is in this for the long haul — someone who sees the upside of stacking commission-paying contracts and wants to grow with us as the Albuquerque market grows. Sales managers who perform here build a career, not just a job.
