Job Description

Summary:
Business Development Manager (BDM) will add new accounts, oversee existing accounts and grow revenue in the Las Vegas, NV market. This position will report to the POD Development Manager (PDM) and provide reporting, tracking, and updates as required. The BDM will call on Restaurants, Hotels, Dining Halls, Country Clubs, Senior Retirement Communities, Stadiums and Arenas, Doctor and Dentist Offices, Schools, Gyms, Hospitals and other facilities that can use our robotic solutions. This is both an inside and outside sales position, and the candidate will be expected to work on expanding sales through our internal marketing efforts, cold calling, attending conferences, and other creative means. We are seeking candidates who must align personally and professionally with our core values of commitment, integrity, loyalty, and passion. Candidates will be motivated to build a book of business, network in the community for leads, and become an expert in Pringle's robots and services. This role focuses on learning & listening to customer's needs to provide the BEST solutions. Direct sales which include meeting current and prospecting clients. Travel is required.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Work with POD Development Manager to set sales goals and update CRM with progress. Build relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Researching and recommending new opportunities; analyzing profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Attend regional and national trade shows to promote the company's products and services. Work with Customer Success Specialists and Technicians to ensure successful deployment of BoTs and the ongoing support of clients. Prepare on boarding submission by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly review meetings. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

Sales Cold Calling Education and Experience Requirements:
At least three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in a technology related industry One to three years of management experience a plus Strategic leadership ability Experience selling technology solutions to restaurants, hotels, doctors and dentists, gyms and other hospitality, service or healthcare-related businesses is a big plus

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday:
On-call availability
