Summary:
TheDirectorof Salesis responsible forleading and directing sales activities within the Divisions.

Theprimary purpose of this position is to achieve revenuethrough effective leadership andrepresentBAKERas a leader in theindustryensuring maximum sales. TheDirectorof Saleswilldevelopa strong teamofRegionalSales Representativeswhoareable to lead the sales effortsintheir Regions of the.

Essential Duties/AccountabilitiesRepresentBAKERas a leader in theindustryensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Directly manage sales activities forRegional Sales Representatives.

Secure maximum market share and sales dollars consistent with established sales policies and programs.

Develop market strategies andsolicitnew accounts and dealers.

Establishtargets for direct reportsarticulatinga clear visionand direction to ensure targets are metServe as a host at dealer meetings, conferences, incentivetripsand all other similar functions.

Attend, when necessary, training classes toacquirethe skills to meet our customers' needs and expectations and to keep abreastwithtechnical developments and changes in product lines.

Assistin resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users.

Oversee the quality of customer service provided to dealers.

Providetimelyandaccuratesales forecasts.

Identifytrends,opportunitiesand threats to core business.

Travel with each Regional SalesRepresentativeto achieve division goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum 5-10 yearsof progressivesenior levelsales leadershipwithdemonstratedresultsProficiencyinHVACata wholesale distribution levelpreferredbut not required.3-5 yearsofexperience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.

Proven success in managing and mentoring other sales employees whileestablishingsales goals.

Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.

Ability toanalyze sales and market data and provide real-time solutions.

Capable of working ina fast-paced environment withabilityto multi-task.

Bachelor's degreein businessor related discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Ability to travel within division up to 80% of the time.

Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English to ensure full compliance with safety standards, training, policies, and procedures.

Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
