District Manager

We're looking for a high-energy District Manager who knows how to run restaurants like a business—not just a shift. If you've successfully led multiple QSR locations , built strong management teams, and consistently driven sales, profitability, and operational excellence, this role is for you. What You'll Do Oversee multiple restaurant locations and ensure operational consistency across the district Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control through strong financial management Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and leadership teams Maintain brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence across all units Analyze P&L performance and implement strategies to improve results Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and great guest experience What We're Looking For Multi-unit leadership experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment Proven ability to manage several locations simultaneously Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls Experience coaching and developing high-performing management teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and grow multiple high-volume locations Competitive compensation and performance incentives A company that values strong leadership and operational excellence
