Regem Medical Consulting | Spine Fixx is seeking a driven, results-oriented 1099 Medical Sales Representative to expand our growing market presence. This role focuses on promoting our advanced lumbar and SI joint fusion implants to interventional pain management specialists and orthopedic physicians. In this position, you will play a key role in building the Spine Fixx brand within your territory—developing strong relationships, driving product adoption, and directly contributing to improved patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with interventional pain physicians and orthopedic surgeons in your territory. Promote Spine Fixx's lumbar and SI joint fusion products through engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and in-depth training. Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying new opportunities and increasing utilization among existing accounts. Attend surgeries and procedures to support physicians with Spine Fixx product usage and help ensure optimal outcomes. Serve as a trusted clinical and technical resource for healthcare providers. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, account progress, and market insights.Qualifications:
Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine, orthopedic, or interventional pain management. Strong knowledge of spinal and SI joint anatomy, with experience in surgical or procedural environments. Existing relationships with interventional pain or orthopedic physicians are a strong advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
