We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and expand an established dealership territory in a growing market.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys building long-term relationships within dealership fixed operations departments, service drives, and parts/service teams.
You will begin with an established territory and existing dealership accounts while also focusing on developing new business opportunities throughout your assigned market.

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an assigned dealership sales territory Build strong relationships with dealership personnel, service advisors, fixed operations teams, and automotive service professionals Drive new business development while strengthening existing dealership partnerships Train and educate dealership staff on BG products, maintenance programs, and service procedures Conduct product presentations, service training, and live demonstrations Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase territory performance Provide exceptional customer support and follow-through Maintain accurate reporting and customer communication Coordinate with internal teams to support customer inventory and operational needsQualifications:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales, territory sales, dealership sales, or B2B sales experience Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Automotive dealership or fixed operations experience preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:
Commission-based compensation structure with typical earnings ranging from $130,000 - $140,000 annually.
