Sr. Premium Arena Sales Manager Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - 3.2 Reno, NV Job Details 7 hours ago Qualifications Writing skills Math Clerical experience Full Job Description SUMMARY The Senior Premium Arena Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of premium seating products, including founding suites, annual suites, loge boxes, club memberships, event rentals, and premium hospitality experiences. This position will help drive pre-opening sales initiatives while establishing long-term client relationships that support arena revenue objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Sell premium seating inventory through outbound prospecting, appointments, presentations, and arena tours. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear expectations, driving accountability to performance metrics, and fostering a results-oriented, guest-focused culture. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate and high-net-worth prospects. Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers. Generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement. Execute presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Maintain CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and account management standards. Collaborate with Marketing and Partnership Sales to maximize revenue opportunities. Participate in prospect events, client entertainment, and arena sales initiatives. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity metrics. Any other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Proven track record achieving revenue targets. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup venue environment. Experience with CRM platforms, PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools. Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills are required.
Must have the following skills:
clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and event schedules as business needs dictate. Ability to travel as needed. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of premium seating, hospitality, sponsorship, or B2B sales experience, or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to maintain appropriate Alcohol Awareness card.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and standing, and occasionally walking during the duration of their shift. Must be able to occasionally push/pull 25lbs or less. The team member will occasionally have repetitive use of both hands. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work performed consistently indoors; alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment.
