AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER
Upstate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM - Attica, NY Upstate CDJR is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team! We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader with dealership management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive both performance and customer satisfaction. Stellantis/CDJR experience is strongly preferred.
What We're Looking For:
Previous automotive dealership management experience required Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM / Stellantis brands preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to motivate sales staff and drive results Excellent desking, closing, and inventory management skills High level of professionalism and customer service Ability to work in a process-driven environment while maintaining a positive culture
Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily sales operations Working directly with customers and sales staff Desking and structuring deals Training, coaching, and motivating the sales team Monitoring inventory and pricing strategies Ensuring an outstanding customer experience Helping drive dealership growth and profitability Why Upstate CDJR?
