Position Summary:
In support of the Company's primary and single most important objective which is TO GET AND KEEP PROFITABLE CUSTOMERS
, this individual is responsible for managing inside sales activities related to aftermarket parts and CerMedia products while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting overall sales growth initiatives. This role oversees replacement parts sales operations, customer account management, inside sales team coordination, and customer support activities to ensure high levels of service, responsiveness, and profitability. Successes of the position are measured via the following key indicators: Growth in aftermarket parts and CerMedia sales revenue Customer satisfaction and responsiveness metrics Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and order processing Achievement of sales forecasting and growth objectives Development and retention of customer relationships Effective management and performance of the inside sales team Position Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for replacement parts Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers Prepare quotations, coordinate pricing, and follow through on orders Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and operations teams to confirm part compatibility, availability, and lead times Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer activity, and forecasting information within the company CRM and reporting systems Manage and support the Inside Sales team Promote and sell filtration and separation media products to existing and prospective industrial customers Identify and pursue opportunities for media replacement sales Support technical discussions with customers regarding media performance and applications Develop customer account strategies to support long-term growth Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries Ensure high levels of customer responsiveness and customer service Work proactively to resolve customer concerns and issues Support customer outreach initiatives including follow-up campaigns, account reviews, and promotional activities Assist in developing sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and annual growth plans Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities Support development of sales materials, product literature, and customer presentations Participate in sales meetings, operational reviews, trade shows, and continuous improvement initiatives Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits, meetings, and trade shows Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing or industrial settings Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and internal departments Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and prioritization of responsibilities Skills and Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred Previous experience in inside sales, aftermarket parts sales, industrial sales, or customer account management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical product environments preferred Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
