Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead and enhance our online vehicle sales operations. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our dealership and the digital marketplace, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for online customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Oversee and respond promptly to all internet leads via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of internet sales consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Desking Deals:
We want to close deals over the Phone! Our Ideal Candidate needs to be able to structure and submit deals into the Finance office.
Performance Monitoring:
Set and track monthly and annual sales goals, analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
Teal CRM Utilization:
Manage and optimize the dealership's CRM system to ensure efficient lead tracking, customer follow-ups, and data accuracy.
AutoAlert Customer Experience:
Guide customers through the online vehicle selection process, providing detailed information and addressing inquiries to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date online listings, including high-quality images and detailed vehicle descriptions.
AutoAlert Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in internet sales or business development within the automotive industry. Proficiency in CRM and DMS software; experience with VinSolutions and CDK Prefered Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving online revenue growth. WayUp Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online advertising platforms.
