This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished catering professional with a strong background in both event sales and food & beverage operations who thrives in a high-touch, relationship-focused environment. Our Club has earned a growing reputation for exceptional cuisine, sophisticated events, and highly personalized service. We are looking for a leader who can build upon that momentum while working alongside a collaborative hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will bring:
5-7+ years of catering/event sales leadership experience in a private club, luxury hotel, resort, or high-end catering environment. Strong social event expertise including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, galas, milestone celebrations, member events, and corporate entertaining Confidence in sales, client development, and relationship management A comprehensive understanding of food & beverage operations and event execution Experience with BEO preparation, event planning, client walkthroughs, and hands-on event management Strong leadership presence, professionalism, organization, and communication skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation hospitality culture
Key Responsibilities:
Driving private event and banquet sales growth Leading the planning and execution of exceptional private member and guest events Partnering closely with culinary, service, and operations teams Maintaining and elevating service standards and guest experience Supporting operational leadership, forecasting, and event profitability Expanding member engagement and community outreach initiatives For an experienced catering professional, this role offers the opportunity to step into an already successful and respected operation with tremendous support, strong standards, and meaningful growth potential.
