Compensation:
$125,000
  • $170,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive growth in the Nassau-Suffolk region. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes consistently.
Qualifications:
Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration. Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and expand client base. Proven track record of cultivating strong client relationships and providing personalized financial advice. Experience in driving business development initiatives and identifying new growth opportunities. Ability to oversee recruitment and training, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
