Drive growth. Build a community. We are looking for a Studio Manager who is equal parts sales leader, operator, and team builder to run and grow a high-performing Pilates studio. This is not a behind-the-desk role. You will be the face of the studio, leading from the front, driving membership growth, and creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through the door. Compensation & Perks Competitive base pay + monthly performance bonuses Free unlimited Pilates classes Opportunity for career growth as we expand Be part of a fast-growing, community-driven brand What You'll Own Drive membership growth through strong sales execution and local outreach Lead and develop a team of Sales Associates to hit studio goals Manage and grow multiple revenue streams including memberships, retail, and private training Own the full member experience from first visit to long-term retention Build relationships in the local community to generate leads and partnerships Maintain a high-energy, clean, and welcoming studio environment Track performance using reports and data to continuously improve results Support instructors and ensure a strong, aligned team culture What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, fitness, or service leadership Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals Strong leadership skills with experience training or managing a team Confident communicator in person, on the phone, and via email Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute Comfortable working with data, reports, and studio systems Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
