GANNI IS LOOKING FOR A VISIONARY AND RESULTS-DRIVEN HEAD OF WHOLESALE, AMERICAS TO LEAD AND EXPAND OUR WHOLESALE PRESENCE ACROSS THE MARKET. As Wholesale Director Americas, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of GANNI's wholesale business across the region. You will lead regional sales initiatives, build and strengthen partnerships with key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution. Operating as a key commercial leader, you will oversee all product categories within the region and play a central role in shaping the wholesale strategy in alignment with global objectives. The role has a dual reporting line to the President Americas and the Worldwide Wholesale Executive Director, ensuring strong regional ownership while maintaining close alignment with the global wholesale strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership Own the seasonal sales strategy and campaign execution for all North American wholesale accounts across all categories. Lead and manage all market appointments, ensuring assortments align with brand vision and partner goals. Build, maintain, and expand high-level relationships with key wholesale partners, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador. Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to drive compelling sell-in strategies and localized brand storytelling. Oversee and ensure adherence to sales targets and forecasted budgets, identifying opportunities for growth and strategic investment. Business & Market Development Analyze market dynamics, performance, and opportunities, and present regular reporting to senior leadership. Identify and develop growth opportunities within new and existing accounts, ensuring balanced and strategic distribution. Work with strategic accounts to establish and develop the brand to its full potential through structured business plans and activities Explore communications and clienteling opportunities with partners to maximize brand engagement. Track competitor activity and shifts in the North American fashion retail landscape, providing real-time insight to influence internal planning. Collaborate with the finance, logistics, and customer service teams to oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from order entry to delivery. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners across merchandising, visual, marketing, and logistics to deliver a seamless wholesale experience. Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent and impactful brand presentation in-store across key markets. Work closely with the Global Wholesale team and HQ counterparts to share feedback and drive international alignment. Product Education & Brand Engagement Oversee and deliver seasonal product training and brand updates to wholesale partners and sales associates. Conduct regular store visits to gather product feedback, optimize in-store presentation, and enhance partner engagement. Act as the senior GANNI representative at trunk shows, activations, and key partner events, championing brand storytelling and supporting local sales goals.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10+ years of progressive wholesale experience within the fashion industry, with at least 5+ years in a strategic leadership role. Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar sales accounts and hitting ambitious growth targets. Deep knowledge of the North American fashion landscape, including retail, department store, and specialty accounts. Strong strategic mindset with analytical capabilities, including forecasting, sell-through analysis, and retail math. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead market negotiations, and maintain senior-level relationships. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, JOOR, NuORDER, Skypad, and BI reporting platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills; confident public speaker and brand advocate. Highly organized, with exceptional project and time management skills. Team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment. Willingness to travel frequently across North America.

Compensation and Benefits GANNI offers a base salary range of $150,000-$165,000 USD annually for this position, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
