Full Job Description Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university in marketing, business management, business administration, communication, health care administration or a related field,
  • Experience in sales and marketing with senior housing or in the healthcare facility hospitality industry (e.g., hotel)
  • Five years of progressive management experience required.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Appropriate reporting of community outreach effort outcomes and direction on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Managing a staff of salespeople and a move-in coordinator, training the sales team, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds goals for contracts, tours and sales and accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system.
  • Develops strategic plans for the marketing and selling of Housing; prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; complete audits; identifies trends.
  • Building collaboration and networking within and outside of the continuum of care. Including but not limited to Geriatric Care Managers, senior living associations, healthcare related groups, hospital discharge planners, ESSAL association, community-based organizations.
  • Prepare reports as required by administration including weekly outreach reports, traffic and census reports.
