Salary:
- 110,000 - 120,000 / year based on experience
Other Forms of Compensation:

- Job Summary
Location:
- NY/CT Region Day travel required to multiple locations, including Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, Carmel, Danbury, Sharon, Norwalk, and New Milford. The
- Director of Standardization
- plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across all service lines by identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that support systemwide consistency and client-specific needs.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Act as a liaison between operations, field support teams, and clients to align strategies with business objectives + Leverage data analytics to identify, evaluate, and prioritize operational initiatives + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support communication, engagement, and change adoption + Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and performance metrics + Promote, document, and disseminate best practices across the region to drive consistency and continuous improvement •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree required; •PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred•+ Minimum of •five (5) years of experience•managing large, complex projects + Proven success leading change management efforts and driving cross‑functional initiatives + Strong ability to influence and lead without direct authority + Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and business acumen + Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Must reside in the •NY/CT region•with the ability to travel daily to assigned account locations •Apply to Morrison Healthcare today!
