ROOFING SALES MANAGER - ROCHESTER AREA

Rochester Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Rochester area.

Compensation:

$75,000 to $150,000+ per year Based on experience and performance Additional bonus opportunities available based on sales and project performance We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in roofing sales, project management, installation coordination, account management, and team leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the roofing industry Proven experience managing a roofing company, roofing division, or roofing sales team Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems Experience managing roofing projects from estimate through installation Ability to oversee crews, schedules, materials, and customer expectations Strong sales management and account management background Must be able to generate leads, close deals, and maintain customer relationships Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

Manage roofing sales operations in the Rochester market Oversee roofing projects, installations, and customer accounts Lead and support sales representatives and project managers Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and crews Develop new business opportunities and grow market share Track job progress, sales performance, and overall profitability This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking for long-term growth with a busy and expanding roofing company.
