Sales Manager - High-Performing Import Dealership White Plains, NY An import dealership in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a proven automotive professional with a strong track record in driving sales performance, developing people, and creating a positive, accountability-driven culture. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands both the numbers and the importance of leading from the front.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record as an Automotive Sales Manager Import dealership experience preferred Strong desk and closing skills Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable Hands-on manager with an involved leadership style Team player with a culture-first mindset Strong understanding of: New and used vehicle operations Lead management and follow-up Inventory management Gross and volume performance CRM processes Customer satisfaction and retention Strong communication and organizational skills Process-oriented leader focused on execution and results
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining strong CSI Train, coach, and develop sales consultants Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and KPIs Ensure consistent CRM and follow-up processes are being executed Work closely with finance, and upper management teams Maintain accountability while building a positive, high-performance culture Help recruit and retain top sales talent
