Atlantis Promotions, a sales and development firm, is seeking a full-time Entry Level Sales Manager to coordinate communication between sales teams and leadership for Verizon FiOS in White Plains. You'll ensure that everyone stays informed about campaign updates, schedule changes, and sales goals. The Entry Level Sales Manager manages daily check-ins, relays feedback, and helps customers understand why switching to a fiber-optic connection is a smart choice. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will participate in training that highlights Verizon FiOS advantages, helping your sales team articulate benefits with confidence. You will initiate sales conversations that offer clear upgrades for customers seeking better performance. By prioritizing simplicity, the Entry Level Sales Manager ensures every sales interaction leaves a lasting positive impression on the community. Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Manager Support the quality of in‑person FiOS conversations by making sure residents receive clear, honest information about their service options. Support sales growth by helping customers understand how FiOS solves everyday issues like buffering and slow uploads. Reinforce the company's standards by encouraging sales reps to treat every customer with courtesy and professionalism. Guide customers through an easy switch from older networks to Verizon FiOS fiber, keeping the process simple and stress‑free. Act as a helpful point of contact for residents who have basic questions about plans, installation, or service expectations. Turn everyday customer interactions into confident FiOS enrollments by staying transparent, calm, and value‑focused. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Sales Manager Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and lead from the front. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
