Job Description

Position Summary:
The Consumer Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing sales support, consumer vehicle inventory management and reporting, assisting in the administration of the consumer sales training program, and facilitating communication between sales and other internal departments including accounting, warranty, production, service, finance, and shipping. _______________________________________________________________________________
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
Assist in the development of vehicle and conversion quotes based on requests from the sales team and dealers; locate in-stock vehicles for the consumer sales team based on customer needs. Provide literature and other sales tools to our customer upon request. Support all consumer sales Nationwide Organize and maintain the CRM with records of dealer inquiries and vehicle quotes. Assist in the tracking and management of sales process and performance data, using company tools and CRM data and reports, as necessary. Management of vehicle inventory levels, ordering, and pricing, in collaboration with the Director of Consumer Products. Audit vehicle inventory to assure accuracy of builds, in-stock inventory, and incoming orders. Serve as the primary interface between dealers and all members of the sales team. Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of long-term business relationships. Project management as it relates to the satisfactory delivery and post-sale follow-up Communicate with the Accounting Department regarding, Floorplan Audits, Vehicle Purchases, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Other duties as needed and directed. Ability to travel quarterly to visit our different dealership stores
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Expert level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) - "Tech savvy". CRM experience in Sales Force is highly preferred. Must have excellent phone skills and be able to communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts. Customer Service experience. Automotive, sales, or training background a plus. Must have a great attitude. High level organizational skills and time management skills. Clean driving record.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
