Acquired by GHC Industries in 2023, the company is in an active growth phase -- expanding into new markets while deepening its healthcare roots. Why We're Looking Re-Sources is experiencing significant growth across our healthcare markets and is ready to bring on a seasoned sales professional who can hit the ground running. This is not a ramp-from-zero role. We are looking for someone who has built strong relationships within the Northeast Ohio healthcare community, understands the buying cycle, and is ready to leverage those connections to drive revenue from day one. Position Summary The Senior Business Development Manager will own and grow a healthcare-focused territory, bringing an established book of business and a proven track record of closing complex B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, identifying and converting new opportunities within the healthcare vertical, and serving as a senior contributor to Re-Sources' sales strategy. This role reports directly to senior leadership and carries significant visibility and earning potential. Key Responsibilities Leverage an existing healthcare book of business to generate immediate revenue and accelerate territory growth Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close Build and deepen strategic relationships with C-suite, VP, and department-level decision makers within hospitals, health systems, and large healthcare organizations Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare vertical while maintaining and expanding current accounts Collaborate with operations, technical, and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities Represent Re-Sources at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to maintain visibility in the healthcare market Maintain accurate and timely pipeline reporting and activity documentation within CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, or equivalent) Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform service offerings and growth strategy Qualifications Required 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused in the healthcare industry Demonstrated, transferable book of business with established relationships across Northeast Ohio healthcare organizations Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, solution-based selling environment Deep understanding of healthcare procurement processes, buying cycles, and key decision-making structures Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally and regionally as needed Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Experience selling IT storage, medical equipment, facilities, or technical services into hospital or health system environments Existing relationships with materials management, supply chain, facilities, or IT leadership within the healthcare sector
