Job Description

Salary:
$45,000-$50,000/year + Bonus + Benefits YogaSix is hiring a General Manager who lives and breathes sales. This role is about driving memberships, converting leads, and building a team that can actually sell. If you hate seeing leads sit untouched and like winning on the scoreboard, keep reading. What You'll Do Own membership sales and revenue targets Manage, follow up, and convert leads Coach and hold the sales team accountable Drive local outreach, events, and partnerships Track KPIs and adjust to hit goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience (fitness is a plus) Confident closing and coaching others Strong follow-up habits (non-negotiable) Competitive and results-driven Comp & Perks $45K-$50K base (based on experience) Performance bonuses Medical + dental benefits Free YogaSix membership + retail perks If you want a role where sales actually matters and your performance shows, apply.
