Duties Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to meet and exceed sales goals Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Conduct hiring interviews, employee orientation sessions, and ongoing training to build a skilled and knowledgeable sales team Handle customer inquiries, assist with resolving complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making Requirements Proven experience in in-home sales management or assistant management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and close sales effectively Experience with lead generation and lead follow ups highly desirable Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
